We regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the 3D printing process has commenced.

For Professional DM or One-Shot/First Timer services, payments are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellation due to the amount of time and preparation that these services include.

For custom designs, a non-refundable down payment must be made prior to the designs commencing.

To ensure a smooth process, please verify that the correct file and dimensions are used when uploading a print job. A team member may reach out to you to confirm details before initiating the 3D printing process.
